Munich townhall

view from the townhall tower

Hello fellow Globetrotters!

Welcome to Munich, Bavaria! We want to show you some maybe new insights of Germany. Now, it is time for Munich, a city some of you might know.

In this post you can have a closer look to the old townhall of Munich, maybe you explore some hidden things.
We went to the townhall tower and had a fantastic overview of the city, it´s guardians and the spirit of the city.

Have you ever been to Munich? What have you seen? Feel free to comment your experiences!

When I (Janet) visited Munich it was an unbelievable feeling. Munich is so much bigger than Bremen is, so it was quite a contrast. The people and the language were pretty awkward, since it is a completely different part of Germany.

And for that reason, I need to say something really important: Bavaria is not Germany. Well, it is a part of Germany, but not every German wears Lederhosen and speaks that kind of German. Really – it is something you really should remember ! 😀

  1. Hey there! Thanks for dropping by my blog!
I like yours as well, especially this post, as Munich is my city ♥
Just a heads up, the picture you titled as “old town hall” is actually the “new town hall”, I know it does not look like it at all ^^ The actual old town hall is on the Marienplatz as well, it looks quite unremarkable, though. 😀
    Liebe Grüße!
