Stormy Evening ~ Thessaloniki, Greece

Hello fellow Globetrotters!

What have you been up to lately?
The wheater in the October of the last year was unusually great for the autumn time,  most of the time we could walk around without a coat or a jacket in the Greek city Thessaloniki.
But then, one evening there was a heavy rain and the wind was blasting really hard.
For me, that evening was one of the best evenings as I loved the atmosphere.
Grey clouds were hanging over the city, everything was put into a dull light and almost no people were outside.

In the background you can see the White Tower, the famous landmark of the city. Normally lots of people are gathered around the promenade, but it seemed like it was the end of the world.

A few seagulls were the only living thing we met on our stroll through the port area.

I hope that you enjoyed this post.
Feel free to check out our other post about Thessaloniki, like the City Impressions, Seaside , Boat Bar  or a Greek Market.
What did you like most so far?

See you soon at our next destination!
