Louvre ~ Paris, France

DSC00899
I had been in Paris once before a few years ago on a school trip and sometimes started remembering a few things from that time walking around the streets.
It really hadn’t been my plan to go to the Louvre, but I more or less stumbled across it on my stroll through the city.
The Louvre is the world’s largest art museum and a historic monument of the city. Although you have to wait a long time to get inside, it is quite worth it especially if you do not only come to see the famous Mona Lisa. But I also have to say that Paris has other museums that personally interest me more.
This time it was enough for me to just see it for a moment and I left quite quickly because although it was late December there seemed to be as much of a crowd as always.
